Brian Ladin: Dedicating Himself to the Success of His Business

Everyone knows the secret to starting a business and succeeding with it. It requires hard work along with smart work. All the qualities that an entrepreneur needs revolve around these two. However, dedication is something else that a business demands from entrepreneurs to become successful. Dedication is the key to success as well. If you are determined about the effort you put in for your start-up's success, the results will be in your favor sooner or later. Brian Ladin is one of those entrepreneurs who believed in dedication, along with other qualities. Here's how dedication turned the tables for him.

The Beginning Phase:

Before starting his own business, Brian Ladin worked as a partner and professional at several companies in the same industry. He worked with them to deliver the right services to clients and customers. However, before starting his own business, he paid enough attention to gaining experience. He dedicatedly worked at other companies to learn everything related to the field. This way, he showed his dedication even before building his start-up. His core focus was to build a strong foundation based on experience, knowledge, and insights. It was the beginning phase for a successful future he had planned.

The Start-Up Phase:

Finally, after working for years at other shipping companies, he was finally ready to kickstart his business. But the starting phase had to be the most difficult phase. The entrepreneurs must build a team that will take care of every possible task, communicate with clients, pay attention to marketing & networking, and so on. Initially, this all seems complex. However, Brian Ladin worked dedicatedly during the starting phase to align all these accurately. He set goals for every day and did everything to attain them by the end of the day. It helped him get through this phase as soon as possible.

The Current Phase:

Brian Ladin worked dedicatedly to make his business successful. Within a few years, his company, Delos Shipping, became a recognized service in the industry. However, the starting success did not fade away from Brian's dedication to his work. He still works dedicatedly. He takes charge of contacting clients himself even to this day. Whereas most CEOs stop putting effort into their business, Brian makes at least ten phone calls to clients every day to enhance his company's customer base. This is a lesson for all those new entrepreneurs to highlight their dedication to their business.
